I am a BDSM practitioner who has explored this world of marginalised sexual minority since 2009. I adopted the alter name of Qyla Louzierein, based on the decision I made with my late former Master in 2015. After I finished my submissive training in 2016, we decided to add Madame at the front of my alter name to mark my graduation as well as solidify me as an independent switch BDSM individual as I embarked my public activism journey.
Although much like everybody else I started my BDSM journey from the sexual curiousity, I am very much inclined in the philosphical aspect of BDSM, and its ethical practices. While the physical exploration is indeed intoxicating, I tend to enjoy the spiritual properties of these activities. It might be bizzare for most of people, and it takes extra thinking to shift their paradigm from the fun-adrenaline-fueled depiction that mainstream media tend to portray.
My BDSM practice is the slow burning, soul searching, mindfully vulnerable. Not many people interested in that, and that’s fine by me. That being said, I tend to reject any advances related to sexual BDSM activity and discussion.
